Property location: Overlooking Maelog Lake and Snowdonia mountains, two minutes walk from beautifully sandy Broad Beach.

Distance from town:The centre of Rhosneigr with its village shops, cafe bars and gallery is a short stroll. The city of Bangor is a 20 minute drive, Holyhead 15 minutes.

Area activities: An excellent base for touring the Isle of Anglesey and Snowdonia as well as the many castles and stately homes in the area. Rhosneigr is renowned for boating and surfing, there are lovely walks, glorious sandy beaches , golf, fishing, horse riding, tennis and bowls available in the village

 

Style of property: Cefn Dref was built as a country house in 1910, The holiday home was totally refurbished in 2006.

Furnishings and decoration: Furnished with all modern amenities but retaining the style of the Edwardian past.

Outlook and views: Overlooking Maelog Lake with beautiful open country views to Snowdonia. There are also views through the dunes to the sea.
